2024 TPK Lighting Fire Safety Training & Emergency Drills
Safeguarding manufacturing excellence and supply chain reliability.
On March 10, 2024, TPK Lighting carried out a full fire safety training and emergency drill programme across its manufacturing facility. The exercise combined structured training, an orderly escape drill and live-action fire suppression practice.
Proactive Risk Management Overview
A factory fire emergency drill is not an internal administrative formality — it is a critical part of international supply reliability. Before the live-action drills, the safety management team delivered fire prevention training covering hazard identification, extinguisher operation and escape procedures.
To maximise realism, the drill arranged multiple scenarios simulating different types of industrial fire emergencies. This hands-on approach helped participants apply the training under conditions closer to a real incident.
Two-Phase Drill & Continuous Improvement
The drill was divided into two critical phases: an orderly escape drill and a live-action fire suppression exercise. Based on post-drill evaluations, the company identified specific improvement measures to further strengthen the emergency response system.
“A safe and well-organised production environment is the foundation of reliable delivery to our customers.”

Through the drill, TPK Lighting reviewed its organisational resilience and safety education. A disciplined workforce and a consistent safety culture remain a daily priority, not a one-off exercise.
