More than 100 core team members gathered for the annual year-end conference and New Year gala. The evening combined a structured review of 2023 — production, quality and sales — with a celebration of the people behind the year’s results.
Reflecting on the Past, Planning for the Future
The year-end summary meeting was held in the headquarters’ main conference room, where each department head presented a full-year report. The reviews covered production capacity, supply chain challenges and quality control metrics, with clear objectives set for the year ahead.
A formal awards ceremony recognised outstanding employees with certificates and performance bonuses. As a highlight of the conference, the international marketing and sales directors signed the 2024 sales target commitment, formally aligning the commercial teams around the coming year’s goals.
